The Food Preservation Business Accelerator is a 14-day revenue challenge designed for home cooks who are ready to turn their preserved food products into a real income stream. In one weekend, you'll learn to make 5 high-margin products hands-on with Chef Chona Laureta. Over the next two weeks, you'll produce, brand, price, and sell — with daily coaching, live accountability, and a structure built to get you your first sale before the challenge ends.
What you’ll learn
The Food Preservation Business Accelerator (FPBA) is The Bailiwick Academy's intensive 14-day business challenge for aspiring food entrepreneurs who want to launch a preserved food business from their own kitchen.
The program begins with a 1-day hands-on class where you'll learn to make 5 products:
Papaya Atchara
Sauerkraut
Sweet & Spicy Green Mangoes
Pickled Shallots, and
Tomato Ketchup
all guided by Chef Chona Laureta.
From there, the 14-day online challenge walks you through costing, branding, photography, packaging, and selling — step by step, with live coaching every session.
What makes FPBA different is the accountability. This is not a class you watch.
Every day, students check in on progress, report sales, and hold each other to their commitments.
By Day 7, you enter the selling week with 100 jars already made. By Day 14, you will have your first customers — and a business system you can run on your own.
FPBA is for people who are serious about earning.
It's limited to 16 students per batch to ensure every participant gets personal attention and real results.
