Miguel and Angel Prats are the brains behind Kassandra’s Kitchen, an online ordering platform which has garnered a loyal following. Known for it’s quality and distinct dishes, Kassandra’s Kitchen has been well known to cater to a very discernable clientele. The Prats couple hail from a family of Chefs garnering decades of cooking and management experience. Brother to Chef Joey Prats and Chef Gabby Prats, Miguel is the second of 5 brothers; raised in the industry by their mother Chef Myrna Prats. Miguel and Angel married in 2007 and is involved in various businesses. Having two daughters, Cassiana Kassandra and Cristina Kassandra, the couple, with Chef Angel in the lead, and inspired by her passion for cooking and the teachings of Chef Myrna, decided to showcase their talents by opening Kassandra’s Kitchen, named after their two daughters. Kassandra’s Kitchen was started on December of 2018 and is going strong with a varied international menu and is well known for serving dishes which are never compromised in terms of quality, presentation, and consistency.
